Advanced Training Course

All of our working breeds and security dogs must make it to this level before venturing into the chosen field, after completing the Intermediate Course.

To progress to this level as a handler you must be committed and totally focussed on your dog to the point that you understand its every thought and its distractions. You will know his every move and anticipate his next.

Once a standard has been met, he will be assessed and a certificate will be issued to prove your competence as a handler and the dogs achievement.

Throughout the training all handlers and their dogs are constantly assessed by our team and maybe be invited to work their dogs on various shoots attended by members or to train and display with the MAP Working Gundog Display team.
