Beware bogus clubs!

We have recently been made aware of bogus clubs operating within the area portraying experience in this specialist field. At MAP Working Gundogs you are guaranteed instruction from experienced gundog handlers, highly experienced at working dogs in the field. All our instructors have experience in working tests and scurries and many belong to established Kennel Club affiliated working dog clubs.

We believe it is very important to be instructed and take advantage of peoples genuine experience in the field of working gundogs and dogs used for security work, search and detention. All owners would benefit greatly from Ian's vast experience in these fields, having bred, trained, competed and judged all manner of working tests and trials, Ian is now committed to working with all gundog breeds and those associated with Security work.

He can offer such training to instil steadiness, obedience, stopping to the whistle and hand signals etc. We can also offer training to the show dog strain of the all the various breeds of gundogs and help them achieve a working qualification. Ian will also be taking bookings for agility classes and any bespoke training you may require.
