We have just returned from the first working test of the season where some of our members competed. It was held in the beautiful countryside in the hills of Shropshire. We had great success and actually came away with a second and a fourth place in the novice working test. Congratulations must go to Mark Mcguirk and Bailey who came 2nd, our Prinipal Instructor Ian Griffiths came 4th with Gilby, despite owning/ handling Gilby for only 3 months. Our thanks are also extended to Ian for guiding and training us all with his enthusiasm and expertise.

Welcome to MAP Working Gundogs

MAP Working Gundogs is a training school based on Merseyside. With experienced dog handler instruction, you do not have to struggle with your dogs inconsistency.

We can offer experience, with one to one tuition as well as group training of individual breeds.

· One to one tuition

· Group training of individual breeds

· Group “simulated trial” situation with gun shots, beaters and pickers up

· Good “SCENT” ground to get your puppy keen on

· Occasional beating and picking up available, for experienced dogs and handlers

· MAP Working Gundogs membership available with immediate start, no voting in etc

· MAP Working Gundogs annual membership plus weekly attendance fee applicable
