Terms and Condtions

Could we please ask for your co-operation with the following requests:-

1. Please bring your dog's vaccination certificate with you when you start your training course. For residential training or activity holidays, we insist that your dog is also vaccinated against kennel cough.

2. Do not feed your dog prior to classes, to avoid travel sickness.

3. Please if required, groom your dog prior to a training session and not during.

4. Please exercise your dog prior to a training session, if your dog soils the area poo bags are available.

CLEAN UP after your dog - it is your responsibility. Please carry poo bags with you at all times.

5. On your first visit to the training ground, please make your self known to the Instructors, do not enter the socialisation areas without having seen a member of the Training staff.

6. All dogs must be on a lead unless in the socialisation areas. A training lead is essential. We have the best hand made training equipment available, at reasonable prices. If you are in any doubt about equipment please wait until you attend the classes.

7. Please bring your dogs favourite toy (this could be anything from an old sock through to a dedicated dummy) to practice the retrieve exercise. A useful idea is to carry the item and the retrieve article in a "game bag".

8. Should you be experiencing behavioral problems with your dog please ask to speak to any senior member of the team. You can attend a one to one session with Ian Griffiths or Nick Powell prior to commencing training. If you find you are struggling on the classes please ask for a one to one. We are here to help.

9. Some Handler's and dogs will achieve immediate results, but mostly you will have to earn the response that indicates progress - to this end we are pleased to offer you the benefit of our experience.

Please do not hesitate to contact us. If you experience any problems with your dog, advice is always available, either telephone or e mail.
